    SUBJECT: Selecting or Waiving Insurance

Our records indicate that you have not selected or waived the student health
insurance; therefore you will default into the Student Gold Plan and your
tuition bill will be charged $875 unless you select the Wardenburg Campus Care
Plan or waive the insurance by January 24, 2007.

If you are enrolled in 1 or more credit hours for Spring 2007, you will
automatically be enrolled and billed by the University $875.00 for the Student
    Gold Health Insurance Plan.

If you are covered by an outside insurance plan, you may want to consider the
Wardenburg Campus Care Plan, which provides primary care with a $5 co-pay at
Wardenburg Health Center for only $150 per semester. For health plan
    information, go online to www.colorado.edu/studenthealthplans.

To select or waive the insurance for Spring 2007, go to cuconnect.colorado.edu
under the financial tab, and look for the Student Health Plans -begin
selection- button. The deadline is January 24, 2007.

ACCESS, Continuing Education, Time Out, Semester at Sea, and Study Abroad
students ARE NOT automatically enrolled regardless of credit hours taken, and
cannot enroll online through CUConnect either. You need to enroll and pay the
premium and fees at the Golden Buffalo Student Health Plans Office by January
    24, 2007.

For questions or information stop by the Golden Buffalo Student Health Plans
Office, Room 251, in the Wardenburg Health Center, call 303.492.5107 or go
    online to www.colorado.edu/studenthealthplans.
