    Dear Members of the University of Colorado Community,

    As you may know, the Office of State Planning and Budgeting is scheduled to
    make its recommendations on Fiscal Year 2009-10 budget cuts to the
    Legislature's Joint Budget Committee today at 4 p.m. In the interest of
    providing you the latest information, I will post a communique this evening
    on the CU system website, https://www.cu.edu , under the link "CU Budget
    Updates" below the photos. We don't expect the JBC hearing to end before 6
    p.m., so the communique will follow soon thereafter.
