    SUBJECT: ANNUAL DISCLOSURE OF EXTERNAL PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITES (DEPA)

    This is to remind all faculty members and personnel in other designated job
    categories of the requirement to complete a Disclosure of External Professional
    Activities (DEPA) annually, between January 15 and March 31. Specific job
    titles affected by this requirement include: tenure track(all levels), adjoint/adjunct,
    visiting, and research faculty; instructors (all levels), lecturers, PRAs (all levels),
    librarians, museum associates and select retired faculty.

    (NOTE: If you tried to submit January 1-January 15, 2012 when the DEPA site
    was under construction in order to incorporate new federal regulation content,
    you will be notified by 1/24/12 if there were any problems with your
    submission. Thus far, the majority of those (few) submissions appear not to
    have been affected by the new regulations).

    IMPORTANT: CUConnect is being replaced by MyCUInfo during 2011-2012.

    With MYCUInfo the process to access the DEPA form is:

    Go to https://portal.prod.cu.edu/MyCUInfoFedAuthLogin.html
    and log in with your CU Login Name and Identikey password

    Once you are logged in:
    1. Click on the tab at the top of the page: CU Resources
    2. Click on Faculty Reporting (left side, in the shaded area)
    3. Scroll down until the DEPA link become visible and then click that link
    4. Answer the short questionnaire and submit
