    SUBJECT: Honor Code: Collecting Feedback

    Dear Colleague,

As part of our continual effort to keep our process up-to-date we are
distributing an electronic survey to gauge faculty awareness, understanding,
and satisfaction with the current case resolution process. This brief (less
than five minute) survey will provide you with an opportunity to anonymously
submit input and recommendations for the improvement of the Honor Code. Please
copy the following link into your web browser:

One of our office's main objectives is to promote consistent faculty usage of
the Honor Code process on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. In order
to continue to grow our campus culture of integrity and accountability we need
the support of all constituents of the university community. We have found that
the most effective way to garner this support is through a top-down approach.
This puts you, as a faculty member, on the front lines of educating community
members and enforcing the mission of the Honor Code. Through this partnership
we believe that a campus-wide culture of academic and personal integrity will
    continue to flourish.

As the Honor Code continues to mature, we have endeavored to make the process
as well-defined as possible. If you find any aspect of our process unclear or
if you have general questions, I encourage you to contact me directly at
Corey.Bruner@Colorado.edu or (303) 735-1033. I can explain how our process
works and provide you with critical information and other related materials.

Thank you so much for your time, effort and dedication to academic integrity on
    the CU-Boulder campus.

    Very Respectfully,

    Corey Bruner
    Honor Code, Chairman
