SUBJECT: iClicker Receiver Issues; Resolution Efforts On-going
Information Technology Services (ITS) is continuing work to resolve issues with iClicker receivers on the CU-Boulder campus, a service that should be fully operational by the end of the week.
As communicated in an E-memo on Tuesday, February 1, a proposed solution was to change base stations. This will not work as anticipated and faculty cannot pick up a new base station at the Telecommunications center. ITS will be personally contacting faculty that have visited the IT Service Center to exchange base stations.
For faculty planning to use the iClicker technology in the classroom during this week, please the ITS web page at http://www.colorado.edu/its/news/iclicker_issues.html for vital information.
If you have questions, please contact the IT Service Center at email@example.com or call 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone). Phone help is available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (MT), Monday through Friday.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
