SUBJECT: CUConnect Faculty Course Toolkit will remain for this semester; MyCUInfo Faculty Course Toolkit will be enhanced through the spring semester

Solid progress continues in developing the functionality of the MyCUInfo
Faculty Course Toolkit; however, we encourage you to utilize the functionality
in CUConnect Faculty Course Toolkit for most functions such as student photo
class rosters, clicker rosters, e-mailing your class with the ability to
include attachments, etc. The limitation of CUConnect Faculty Course Toolkit is
that course rosters are not real-time - they are updated every 24 - 48 hours.
If you need access to up-to-the minute class roster data throughout the
semester, please go to the Faculty Tab in MyCUInfo. While the rosters there
are the most current, they do not have all of the features that the CUConnect
Faculty Course Toolkit does (i.e. printing photo rosters with 50 - 100 students
per page; including attachments with e-mail rosters, etc.)

We anticipate having complete functionality in MyCUInfo's Faculty Course
Toolkit within the next several months. Updated information comparing the
faculty tools in CUConnect with the tools in MyCUInfo is posted in a matrix at
    http://www.colorado.edu/mycuinfo/help/faculty.html

We apologize for the inconvenience as we transition to MyCUInfo. If you have
questions, comments, or concerns regarding this project, please contact Barbara
Todd (barbara.todd@colorado.edu) or Larry Levine (larry.levine@colorado.edu).
Your input is valued as we transition from one system to another.
