SUBJECT: Fall 2010 MyCUInfo Grading
Over the past several weeks, I have been sending out updates to individuals in
academic departments and dean's offices related to Fall 2010 grading using the
ISIS/MyCUInfo system. I have asked these individuals to forward these
updates to all teaching faculty so you can get a preview of the new grading
system, as well as the timelines for grading this fall, checking your access to
MyCUInfo, as well as access to courses you are teaching this fall. If you have
not been receiving these updates, all of this information is available at
http://registrar.colorado.edu/grading . This page includes these updates, as
well as information on getting assistance during the fall 2010 grade cycle,
including our HelpLine number, drop-in "Help Sessions", visual training
materials, etc.
This information includes:
Document 1 - Preparation for Grading in MyCUInfo - Steps on how to log-in
to MyCUInfo, accessing the Faculty Tab and Faculty Center, and making sure
all of the courses you are teaching are listed in the Faculty Center.
Document 2 - Fall 2010 Grading Timeline - When Fall 2010 grading will
begin,
link to the final exam schedule, deadline dates to submit grades, etc.
Document 3 - Step-by-step for grading:
a. Accessing grading via MyCUInfo.
b. Using the Faculty Center to enter grades.
c. Grading Hints and Tips
Documents to be distributed via departmental administrators and added to
this site:
-- Week of November 22 - -Frequently Asked Questions- related to grading.
-- Week of November 29 - Video for grading in MyCUInfo and Uploading
Grades via a CSV file.
Our office also conducts monthly "Town Meetings" on processes related to the
ISIS system. Our next meeting on Nov. 29 will focus solely on Fall 2010
grading in ISIS. You are welcome to attend if you have the time. The
meeting will be held in the Old Main Chapel from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
