SUBJECT: Upcoming LEAP Intro Leadership Workshop
Please join us for the upcoming LEAP Introductory Leadership Workshop. All
tenure-track assistant professors are welcome to apply.
The dates for this event are January 5-7, 2009. The workshop is two full
days (Monday, 9AM-3:30PM and Tuesday (9:30-3:30) and one 1/2 day (Wednesday
9:30-1:00) in length and covers topics like time management, difficult
communication and negotiation, and a review of the tenure process. This is a
great opportunity for you to meet other junior faculty across all
disciplines. You must be able to participate for the full two and one half
days. There is a stipend paid to successful applicants.
