    CALL to Faculty Senate and Faculty Council meeting

    27 September 2007, 12-3, 14th Floor Chancellor's Conference Room, Lawrence
    Street Center, 1380 Lawrence St, Denver.

    Faculty Senate, call to order at 12 noon sharp.

    1. CU President and President of the Faculty Senate Hank Brown. President
        Brown addresses the Senate and answers questions.
    2. Jennifer Watson, University Counsel, discussion of issues related to
        the CU EthicsLine, especially issues of confidentiality. If time
        permits, Internal Auditor Jean Stewart will be present and discuss
        matters relating to audits of/by CU.
    3. Professor Weldon Lodwick, Chair of the Faculty Senate Privilege and
        Tenure Committee, report.
    4. Vice President of the Senate, Professor R L Widmann, report.

    Adjourn Faculty Senate meeting and convene Faculty Council meeting.

    5. Assistant Vice President Dave Makowski, Project Director of the SIS
        Replacement project, and Assistant Vice President John Cooney, an
        update on the SIS Replacement Project.
    6. R L Widmann, Chair of the Faculty Council, report.
    7. Michael Poliakoff, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research,
