ABANDONED BIKES AND IMPACTED BIKE RACK REMOVAL
Beginning May 12, PTS will be removing bikes that appear to be in disrepair or
abandoned. In addition, several bike racks will be affected by summer campus
construction projects. These racks have been marked with "no parking" signs and
will also be removed on May 12. Be sure to check to see if your rack or bike is

EARLY INTERVENTION FOR YOUTH AT RISK FOR BIPOLAR DISORDER
The Colorado Family Project, based at CU's Psychology Department, is currently
recruiting participants for a study of children at risk for bipolar disorder.
Eligible families will have a child (age 9-17) with mood swings and a
biological parent with bipolar disorder.
Participating families will receive a thorough diagnostic evaluation,
family-based therapy, and only if needed, medication management from a
psychiatrist. There is no charge for families to participate.

ITALIAN THEATRE PERFORMANCE
The Italian theatre class invites you to its annual performance in Italian: "Il
cavadente (The Dentist)" from a scenario by Flaminio Scala. The play follows
the traditional theatre form of Commedia dell'arte which originated in Italy in
the 16th century. Several of the characters will be wearing authentic masks.
FREE! Refreshments after the show. Old Main Chapel, Saturday, April 28, 7 pm;
Sunday, April 29, 4 pm.

CU ON THE WEEKEND: AFRICAN SONGS OF LIFE
Join Nii Armah Sowah, senior instructor of theatre and dance, to learn soulful
African songs and chants from across the continent. All songs will be taught
through the "oral tradition" format and will be intertwined with dance,
stories, conversations, rhythms, proverbs, and anecdotes that reflect the
nature of community life in Africa. Students should wear comfortable clothing
to allow freedom of movement. Saturday, April 28, 1-4 p.m. $15
