    TODDLER OPENINGS AT THE CU CHILDREN'S CENTER

    There are spaces available for toddlers starting in June at the CU Children's
    Center. There are limited openings in our preschool program as well. Or, you
    can get on our waiting list for a future semester. Join our high quality,
    diverse, nationally accredited program. The program accepts children of
    university affiliates (faculty, staff, students, and alumni). For more

    GET AHEAD OF THE CURVE: REQUEST CULEARN COURSES EARLY

    Faculty may now begin requesting CULearn courses for the summer 2011 term.
    Requests for courses should be made through the Faculty Tool Kit channel found
    under the "Courses" tab in CUConnect. You can request blank courses or
    courses based on a course template already in the system dating as far back as
    two years (summer '09). In the future, CULearn course requests will be
    accommodated through a channel in the new portal, MyCUInfo.

    EVAN CANTOR RETIREMENT RECEPTION MAY 27

    Please join us as we celebrate Evan Cantor's upcoming retirement. Evan is the
    current Research Grant Administrator at the Department of Computer Science. He
    has worked at the University of Colorado for 27 years. A reception will be held
    in his honor at the Boulder Broker, 555 30th Street, Boulder, CO 80303, on

    Dining at C4C this Summer:
    C4C Dining Center closed Friday, May 6 - Sunday, May 29.
    Reopens on Monday, May 30 to new summer hours:
    Mon-Fri 6:45 am-2 pm; 5-7 pm
    Sat/Sun 10 am-2 pm; 5-7 pm
    There will be NO increase in campus cash meal prices for the upcoming academic year.
    NOTE: Effective May 29, credit/debit card purchases for meals will increase
    to $12.00 plus tax.

    SCREENING OF "HAYNESVILLE: A NATION'S HUNT FOR AN ENERGY FUTURE:

    The Intermountain Oil and Gas BMP Project, developed by the Natural Resources
    Law Center at CU Law School, is hosting a screening of "Haynesville: A
    Nation's Hunt for an Energy Future" to examine the largest natural gas
    field discovered in the United States. Mark Bullard, the producer, writer and
    cinematographer will introduce the film in Wolf Law, Room 204 on May 26 at 7 pm.

    Starting on Monday, May 23, the campus caller ID service will by default
    be enhanced to show a caller's 10-digit phone number for calls placed to
    off-campus numbers. If you prefer not to reveal your phone number for
    off-campus calls, please contact your departmental Telecommunication Liaison
    (http://www.colorado.edu/its/voiceservices/liaisonapp/). If you wish to have
    your personal 10-digit phone number displayed for off-campus calls, no action
    is necessary as this will become the new default.
