    HAVE YOU SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE CAMPUS ALERTS?

    Students, faculty and staff can sign up to receive alerts via text message, email
    or both. Campus community members with a colorado.edu, cu.edu or
    cufund.org email address can register with the system at
    http://www.colorado.edu/alerts. Users are also encouraged to add Campus
    Alert to their phone contacts so that in an emergency the alert will display
    as received from the university. Note: RAVE, the service provider, cannot
    market other services to people in the CU-Boulder database.

    GRANT WRITING WORKSHOP OFFERED THIS SUMMER THROUGH CONTINUING
    EDUCATION

    Advance your skills in grant writing this summer with Continuing Education's
    Grant Writing course. It's the only grant writing course officially sponsored
    by University of Colorado. Course topics include audience- centered writing and
    how to match your program's goals with those of individual grant makers.
    Students will have the chance to get drafts critiqued in class. Four sessions
    for only $290! Begins June 1! Space is limited!

    BOOK CRAFT EVENTS PRESENTED BY THE UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES

    The book as artifact and art featured in series of events opening Thursday, May
    19 with exhibits reception and artist talk. Reception at 6 pm in Norlin east
    lobby, talk by Peter Thomas, "What is a Book? What is an Artists' Book?" at
    7 pm in Norlin Commons room E113. Exhibitions of work by Colorado hand
    paper maker/paper artist and CU alum, Ray Tomasso, and members of the Guild
    of Book Workers Rocky Mountain Chapter.

    C4C Dining Center closed Friday, May 6 - Sunday, May 29.
    Reopens on Monday, May 30 to new summer hours:

    Saturday/Sunday 10 am-2 pm; 5-7 pm
    There will be no increase in campus cash meal prices for the upcoming
    academic year. Note: Effective May 29, credit/debit card purchases for meals will
    increase to $12.00 plus tax.
