    SIGN UP TO RECEIVE CU ALERTS

    Students, faculty and staff can sign up to receive alerts by text message,
    email, or both. Campus community members with a colorado.edu, cu.edu, or
    cufund.org email address can register with the system at
    http://www.colorado.edu/alerts. Users encouraged to add Campus Alert
    to their phone contacts. In an emergency the alert will display as received
    from the university. Note: RAVE, the service provider, cannot market other
    services to people in the CU-Boulder database.

    WEDNESDAY IS BIKE TO WORK DAY

    On Weds., June 24, cyclists participating in Bike to Work Day are welcome
    to receive free breakfast. CU locations will be on Broadway and Euclid and
    Folsom and Colorado from 7-9 am. Cyclists who register at
    www.drcog.org/btwd2009 will be entered to win a free CU cyclist t-shirt via

    LEAVE SHARING DONATIONS

    Do you have annual/vacation leave that will be forfeited on June 30 due to
    an over-accrued balance? Consider donating it to the Leave Sharing Program
    before it's swept! Any Boulder campus or System Administration employee may
    donate annual/vacation leave at anytime by completing a donation form and
    submitting it to the Office of Labor Relations at 565 UCB. Donation forms

    GET AHEAD OF THE CURVE: REQUEST CULEARN COURSES EARLY

    Avoid the start-of-the-semester crunch and reserve your CULearn courses now
    for the fall '09 semester. Requests for official (SIS) courses should be
    made through the Faculty Tool Kit in CUConnect. You can request blank
    courses, or courses based on a course template already in the system dating
    as far back as two years (summer '07 or fall '07).

    BE A NEW STUDENT WELCOME CHANCELLOR'S CONVOCATION MARSHALL

    Join the Class of 2013 at New Student Welcome Chancellor's Convocation as
    a Convocation Marshall. We're recruiting volunteers to greet and direct new
    students for this welcoming event. Convocation will be Friday, August
    21 at Folsom Stadium. Volunteers will receive a staff shirt and will be
    invited to informational session before Convocation. For more information

    HEALTH SCREENINGS FOR STAFF AND FACULTY AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS

    Beginning Thursday, July 2, the laboratory at Wardenburg Health Center will
    provide routine screenings (no referral necessary) for staff and faculty.
    Screenings include cholesterol, glucose, thyroid and more.
    Appointments will be available Thursday mornings through June.
    Wardenburg is located on campus near Imig Music. Payment is required at
    the time of service. Visit our website for more information and a list of
    available screenings.
