    "The Changing Solar Energy Output-Does It Affect Us?" by Dr. Margit
    Haberreiter. The sun's energy output varies over time. Find out what we have

    FREE DANCE CLASSES

    Take advantage of free dance classes on campus offered by dance majors,
    supervised by Professor Toby Hankin, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2-2:55 p.m.,

    TUESDAY, FEB. 24

    2/24 HUMN 150 at 6 p.m. Come watch "The Real Dirt on Farmer John" and eat

    maverick Midwestern farmer. Castigated in his community, Farmer John bravely
    transforms his farm amidst a failing economy, vicious rumors, and arson. He
    succeeds in creating a bastion of free expression and a revolutionary form
    of agriculture in rural America.

    CAESAREAN UPON MATERNAL REQUEST: ARE C-SECTION RATES HIGHER WHEN WOMEN HAVE
    MORE CHOICES?

    Louise Roth, Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Arizona,
    is giving a talk on Monday, March 2 at 12 noon entitled "Cesarean on
    Maternal Request: Are C-section Rates Higher When Women Have More Choices?"
    The talk will be held in Koelbel 220. Professor Roth is well known for her
    research on gender inequality on Wall Street. Her new research continues her
    examination of how gender inequality and structural constraints limit the
    choices women make.

    STUDY ART HISTORY IN PARIS! INTEREST MEETING: FEB. 25

    This unique study abroad program in Paris offers unforgettable insights into
    French art from the Revolution to the present in 5 weeks. Led by Frances
    Charteris, the course includes visits to museums and covers the birth of
    photography, film, and an overview of African-American musical history.
