The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, the Division of
Biochemistry and the Biofrontiers Institute are pleased to announce the formal
dedication of the Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building on
CU-Boulder's East Campus on Thursday, April 26, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
We hope you will join our three organizations in celebrating this new building,
designed to facilitate research collaborations across multiple disciplines. CU
President Bruce Benson, CU-Boulder Chancellor Philip DiStefano and Former Gov.
Bill Ritter will be among our speakers for this event.
Sign-language-interpreting services will be provided. Self-guided tours of the
new facility will be available after the dedication ceremony.
The Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building is located at 3415 Colorado
Ave. and is accessible by the Stampede and 209 RTD bus routes. Bike racks are
available at the building. This dedication is a low-waste event.
