SUBJECT: Please Update Your IdentiKey Password Before the Spring Semester Start
We believe you are among the students who have yet to change your password and
suggest you change it before the start of the spring semester to ensure a
smooth transition.
We have made the following plans to better serve you and the campus:
* We will continue to send e-mail notifications directly to those who have not
updated their password in CU-Boulder Identity Manager
(https://cuidm.colorado.edu/).
* We are deactivating IdentiKey accounts that haven't been updated in a manner
that will reduce the impact on the teaching and learning activities of the campus.
* ITS will continue to work with you to update your password, before ultimately
deactivating those who remain.
Tips and instructions to guide you through updating your password are online at
http://www.colorado.edu/its/announcements/passwords/. The IT Service Center is
here to answer your questions or help you with your update. Please contact them
at help@colorado.edu or call 303-735-4357. Phone help is available 8 a.m. to 7
p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday.
For in-person, phone or help via e-mail, please stop by or contact the IT
Service Center at help@colorado.edu or call 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus
phone). The IT Service Center is located in the Telecommunications Center on
18th Street, two buildings east of the UMC. IT Service Center staff, located in
the Norlin Commons, can also help you with your password update. Hours and
location information are at
http://www.colorado.edu/its/support/helpcenters.html.
To the extent that we all update our passwords according to the new standards,
our online information will be more secure, which benefits all of us.
Let's get there together.
Thank you.
