SUBJECT: IdentiKey Deactivations Continue but You Still Have Time to Update

We believe you are among the CU-Boulder alumni who have yet to change your
IdentiKey password and would like to help you change it before it is
deactivated as this could affect use of your colorado.edu e-mail account.

For the past number of years, all alumni have been automatically granted the
continued use of their colorado.edu e-mail account. You can log into your
account and change settings on CULink (https://culink.colorado.edu/) using the
IdentiKey (CU-Boulder login name & password) you used as a student. Please
note that an active IdentiKey is also needed to log in to the campus portals
    (https://cuconnect.colorado.edu or https://mycuinfo.colorado.edu) which is
where you can link to transcript request functions for example.

Please update your IdentiKey in CU-Boulder Identity Manager
    (https://cuidm.colorado.edu/).

Please note that if you don't remember your IdentiKey, you will need to
activate your account with your student ID and choose Student as your user
    type during the process.

The IT Service Center is here to answer your questions or help you with your
update. Please contact them at help@colorado.edu or call 303-735-4357.
Phone help is available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday. Tips and
instructions to guide you through updating your password are online at
    http://www.colorado.edu/its/announcements/passwords/.

To the extent that we all update our passwords according to the new standards,
our online information will be more secure, which benefits all of us.
    Let's get there together.

    Thank you.
