SUBJECT: Late Night Transit and Extended HOP
Late Night Transit and the Extended HOP has begun for Fall 2010. Stay safe
late into the night with Late Night Transit, and enjoy the Extended HOP
until Midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
The Extended HOP runs from 10:00 PM to Midnight, using the standard HOP
route (clockwise and counterclockwise). More information on the HOP
available at http://GOBoulder.net. This extended service is available on
Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Late Night Transit runs from Midnight to 3:00 am on Thursday, Friday and
Saturday "nights" (technically Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, but
that's not as fun). Centered around Broadway & 16th (across Broadway from
the UMC), Late Night Transit provides bus service to downtown Boulder, 29th
Street Mall, Williams Village and Bear Creek, south Boulder and the Hill.
It's not your typical transit service either: wave the bus down on the same
side of the street and it'll pick you up. Tell the driver where you need to
go and they will likely take you there (within reason). More information and
route maps: http://ecenter.colorado.edu/transportation/bus/lnt
Have fun, stay safe, be reasonable out there.
