SUBJECT: Call for Nominations for Alumni Awards
Nominations are being accepted for the 80th Annual University of Colorado at
Boulder Alumni Association Awards, which recognize and honor faculty, staff
and alumni from the Boulder campus. These include the:
Robert L. Stearns Award
George Norlin Award
Alumni Recognition Award
Kalpana Chawla Outstanding Recent Alumni Award
I encourage you to nominate individuals you believe are highly qualified and
deserving of these awards. Please note the award for our recent (in the
last 10 years) alumni. So many are reaching amazing heights soon after
leaving CU - in areas ranging from law to entrepreneurship in business to
non-profit work to the arts. Please give special consideration to this
award.
Descriptions of the awards and the nominating process are posted at
http://www.cualum.org/awards . Completed nominations are due by 5 p.m.
January 22, 2010. The Awards Ceremony and Reception will be held this
spring on May 5, 2010.
