    Open Enrollment for the 2007-08 plan year ends Friday, May 25, at 5 p.m.
    Mountain Time. Are you currently enrolled in PacifiCare Choice? Are you
    currently enrolled in a PacifiCare plan and have an Extended Network primary
    care physician? Are you covering dependents 19 years of age or older? Are you
    currently enrolled in a flexible spending account? Can you take advantage of
