    Dear University Community:

    As we move through the year and the legislative session, we want to keep you
    apprised of the guidelines and developments regarding Constitutional Amendment
    41. To do this, we have established a web site
    https://www.cu.edu/news/amendment41/ that you can go to for guidance and
    updates. The web site has new information summarizing the Amendment and
    providing helpful guidelines on gifts to university employees.

    Should you have questions beyond the scope of these guidelines, please contact
    your campus or system legal counsel.
