see Compare Options.

E-memos can only be sent by university departments or recognized affiliates.
E-memos may not be sent on behalf of outside organizations.
Will my message be reviewed or edited?
All messages are reviewed for compliance with university policies and
may also be edited. Messages that do not conform to university policies
are subject to cancellation..
Are there other ways to send large e-mailings to the campus?
Listproc is available
for discussion lists of up to 200 members.
I don't want to receive E-memos. Can you remove my name from the list?
First, if you want fewer messages in your inbox, remember you can identify
Buff Bulletins and E-memos by the title of the message. So you can manage
E-memos by creating a filter that will move them to a different mailbox
when they arrive. Then you can review and delete them later.
Students with full privacy or semi-privacy do not receive Student Buff
Bulletins or General Student E-memos. However, they will still receive
Vital Student E-memos. All students should be aware of their responsibilities
to check e-mail according to the E-Mail
as an Official Means of Communications Policy.
Faculty and staff cannot unsubscribe, but can use e-mail filters to manage
their mail.
I'm not receiving Buff Bulletins. How can I be added to the list?
Faculty and staff who do not receive Buff Bulletins and want to be added
to the list can contact the IT Service Center.

times for Buff Bulletins and E-memos?
