Buff Bulletins and Other E-memos

The Campus E-memo System offers simple and cost-effective options for large-scale e-mailings to faculty, staff, and students at the University of Colorado at Boulder. There are two E-memo formats. Buff Bulletin, a digest of short messages, is distributed twice a week to faculty/staff and twice a week to students. A longer E-memo format with more targeted delivery options is also available, though topics and senders are limited.

Content and audiences for the Campus E-memo System are specified by campus policy. All messages sent via the Campus E-memo System must originate from within the university. The Campus E-memo System is the only authorized sender of mass e-mailings to the campus.
