Participants
Executive MBA participants come from a variety of backgrounds and fields. All share a commitment to excellence in their intellectual and professional development and have demonstrated the potential for continued growth in their organizations.
Participants must have:
- eight to ten years of work experience
- at least four years in a managerial or decision-making position
- a bachelor's degree; degree need not be in business
- a current decision-making position at a company or organization
Those who don't meet all of these criteria are encouraged to contact the Program Director to discuss the potential for enrollment in the program.
The selection process ensures diversity in participant work experience and industry representation. Participants come from all types of organizations, from major corporations to small start-up companies, guaranteeing a rich learning environment.
It is common for class participants to include professionals with engineering, medical, legal, scientific, and public sector experience. All share a commitment to excellence in their own intellectual and professional development. See Sponsoring Organizations.
