Job Title: Executive Vice President of Operations

Position Description: EVP of Operations for a Billion dollar Renewable Energy Company. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate!
EVP of Operations will be responsible for:
- Managing day to day operations for 6 plants in 4 states
- Executing an executive team strategy for operational excellence
- Develop and drive best practices for all 6 plants
- Manage the Leadership teams of 6 plants while bringing together different cultures
- Managing key metrics and drive operational excellence using dashboard reporting
- Presenting manufacturing forecasts and performance metrics
- Developing manufacturing budgets in concert with the management team
- Leading, by example, a cultural change throughout the organization that emphasizes performance and results
- Data Driven and safety driven culture
- Communicating with team members to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives
- Retaining and motivating top performers and removing underperformers as necessary
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of successfully leading multiple manufacturing facilities (Chemical or Mechanical engineer preferred)
- Experience implementing and managing effective manufacturing processes
- Proven results using Sig Sigma or other types of Lean manufacturing technology
- Extensive experience with Process Manufacturing
- Experience managing other team members while meeting personal objectives as well
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in working, bringing together different corporate cultures
- Motivated, energetic team player dedicated to the success of the company
- Self-starter, willing to roll up sleeves to get work done
