Study Group Approach
Participants in CU's Executive MBA Program remain with one group of classmates throughout the program, which provides invaluable continuity and mutual support and facilitates the application of classroom learning.
In addition, participants form study group teams, composed of five to eight individuals, that are formed at the beginning of the program and remain intact for the duration of the program.
Study group benefits are many:
- Extended interaction among group members enhances learning, sharing of knowledge, and the practical benefits to each participant
- The diversity within the class is reflected in the study groups, allowing participants to interact with those who possess different perspectives and expertise.
- Members provide a support mechanism that allows mid-career professionals to maintain their commitment to career, family, and education.
- Participants build strong bonds with group members that can last far beyond graduation.
