How to Seek Assistance from the Office of Student Services
Below is a guide to who we are and how we can assist you.

Matt Orr , Student Support
Matt is your first point of contact in the office. He helps you find the right resource for your questions.

Travis Anderson, Admissions Coordinator for Teacher Licensure Programs
Travis guides candidates through the admissions process and determines how they have satisfied program requirements with previously earned course work. He can assist you with questions about what courses are appropriate for a specific requirement, course waivers, registration problems and general program questions.

Jennifer O’Neill, Director of Advising
Jennifer is the student advisor who can assist you in planning your sequence of courses, meet to discuss logistical and/or programmatic concerns, resolve registration stops, determine your student teaching eligibility, and guide you through the licensure process.

Jill Perry, Field Experiences Assistant
Jill assists candidates through the student teaching application process. She is the first point of contact within the office for your student teaching questions or general questions about the practicum.

Kanesha Baynard , Director of Field Experiences
Kanesha is responsible for setting up practicum experiences as well as overseeing the student teaching process. She is the person to contact if you have specific questions or concerns about your practicum or student teaching experience.
