CU Boulder Teacher Education Professionalism Rubric
The CU Boulder Teacher Education Professional is in development. This rubric will be used for evaluations of teacher candidates.
Practicum Hours Tracking Log
Each practicum student is required to track the hours in each practicum experience. Please log the hours you are with each cooperating teacher. This log must be turned in to the Office of Student Services at the end of each semester.
- document hours and activities at practicum experience
- submit log to the Office of Student Services at the end of the semester
- log is maintained in permanent student file
- copy of log may be sent to districts for professional development credit for host teacher
