Financial Aid & Scholarships

Information regarding financial assistance through loans or work study may be obtained from the Office of Financial Aid, 106 UCB, University of Colorado, Boulder, CO 80309-0106.

School of Education Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships and awards are available for candidates within the School of Education to support study at the master's and undergraduate levels. Scholarships are posted in our announcements section in mid-January and are usually due the beginning of April.

Loan Forgiveness & Cancellation
State and federal programs are available for loan cancellation or forgiveness for Colorado teachers of certain subjects or who teach in designated schools serving students from low-income families. Information about cancellation or deferment of federal loans is available at www.ed.gov/offices/OSFAP/Students/repayment/teachers/, or contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center at (800) 433-3243.
