Research

I direct the National Education Policy Center, housed here at the CU Boulder School of Education. My research examines tracking and detracking policies, tuition tax credit voucher policies, school reform, the use of research in policy making, and various issues concerning the intersection between education rights litigation and educational opportunity scholarship.
