Debbie Hearty is the Director of School and University Partnerships and a professor in the MA+ program.

As a part of School and University Partnerships, Debbie directs the Partners in Education (PIE) program. Debbie also serves as co-Chair for the Teachers of Color and Allies Summit as well as other School of Education outreach efforts.

Debbie is an experienced mathematics teacher and coach, professional developer and district curriculum and instruction director. Her interests include equity in education, school reform, professional development and induction, and teacher education.
