Thirteen teachers earning their Master's in Education through the Partners in Education (PIE) program gathered to celebrate their "PIE year" of teaching and learning through their graduate coursework, collaboration with their mentors and with each other, and experiences in their own classrooms. PIE teachers, who worked in Boulder Valley School District and St. Vrain Valley School District, reflected on the school year and shared an info-graphic that illustrated their beliefs about teaching and learning.
Program Coordinator Penny Scott-Oliver and Clinical Instructors David Baker, Mary Jo Bode, Rychie Rhodes, and Flora Sanchez led the celebration of PIE teachers' accomplishments.
PIE is a unique opportunity for novice teachers entering their 1st-3rd years of teaching to earn their Master's degree while benefiting from intensive coaching with mentors and collaboration with other PIE teachers. Click here for more information on the PIE program.
