How many winning tickets are possible?

What is the probability that you will win?

What is the probability that you will win if you buy 5 tickets?

Part II

You are hired by a local investor to sweep the next lotto. In other words, you are supposed to make absolutely sure that you will win. You must develop a proposal for your boss. Be sure to include all expenses, suggestions, cautions, and assumptions involved in executing this plan.

(The proposal should be neatly written on another sheet of paper. Please include any of the mathematics involved.)
