Since 1986, eighty five paraprofessionals have earned K-6 teacher licensure with endorsements in bilingual or ESL Education through BUENO-sponsored Career Ladder Programs. The Center is presently collaborating with Front Range Community College, Boulder Campus, and Aims Community College, Fort Lupton Campus, in the implementation of two additional Career Ladder programs based on the original BUENO model.
