Advising
The Economics Department undergraduate advisors are Ken Bonetti and David Rogalski. They are your primary advisors on core and major requirements. You'll find David in ECON 207 and Ken in ECON 208, across from the main office.

Tutoring
Students have several options for tutoring in their undergraduate Economics courses.
- The Economics Department provides a free drop-in tutorial lab. Click here for a schedule. Bring your textbook and homework problems when you come to the lab.
- The Student Academic Services Center provides an Economics Specialist to lead group study sessions and do individual tutoring for undergraduate Economics courses. The days and times for the study sessions are posted on SASC Website.
- If you prefer individual tutoring, the Economics Department keeps a list of graduate students willing to tutor students. Fees vary and you can pick up the list from the Economics Department office, ECON 212, or click here for the list.
Graduating With Honors
Are you interested in graduating with honors? The Economics Dept. offers a two-semester sequence that gives you the opportunity to write and present an honors thesis in your senior year. To participate, your overall and Econ GPAs should be 3.4 or above. For more information, contact Professor Terra McKinnish or Professor Nicholas Flores.
Graduating Soon?
SENIORS, are you graduating in 2012? You should schedule an appointment with your advisor to complete a graduation packet in the semester PRIOR to your final semester to ensure that your file is up-to-date and requirements have been completed. View the commencement information.
Internships
Economics majors have an option for gaining work experience through internships. Professor Jay Kaplan runs an internship credit program for 3 or 6 credit hours via Continuing Education. If you have been accepted for an internship, check for information on Jay's program and how to apply for academic credit.
