Donald Waldman, PhD, University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1979, is a professor who teaches and does research in microeconometrics. His current theoretical research includes modeling and estimating with discrete and limited dependent variables. In applied areas, he is studying nonmarket valuation, energy conservation, and issues in health economics.
