| Ph. D., University of Michigan, 1981, is a professor and specialist in various aspects of international trade, including empirical testing of trade models and determinants of foreign direct investment. His current research focuses on the international economic aspects of protecting intellectual property rights. He is Stanford Calderwood Professor of Economics at CU-Boulder. He also is a fellow at the Institute for International Economics and the Kiel Institute for World Economics, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Adelaide. He serves also as a consultant for the World Bank, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the World Health Organization, World Intellectual Property Organization, and the International Task Force on Global Public Goods. Keith has been a visiting scholar at the Development Research Group at the World Bank, U.S. Department of State, University of Bocconi, CES-Ifo Institute at the University of Munich, and the China Center for Economic Research at the University of Beijing. |
