PhD, University of Colorado, 1991, is an instructor specializing in teaching undergraduate classes in economic theory and computer applications using Java programming. He has worked for the Colorado Governor estimating revenues and the fiscal impact of tax policy as well as for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. Research includes work with the telecommunications industry and Colorado fiscal policies.
