A temporary employee (up to 9 months out of 12) is being hired as Zero Waste Events Coordinator within the Environmental Center for the Recycling Program at University of Colorado, Boulder. A temporary employee could apply for a permanent position if it becomes available and if qualifications are met.

Spring 2015 bus passes are valid until May 26, 2015. Bus passes can be purchased for $85 from the Buff OneCard office in C4C. These are only available for students that aren't enrolled for Summer courses, but will return in the Fall. Students that are enrolled in the summer will have their cards automatically renew for the summer term.

In the summer of 2014, CU-Boulder installed the University’s first landscape designed for and dedicated to pollinators. The landscape consists of barberry, currant, monarda, spirea, rudbeckia, yarrow, gooseberry, catmint, and lavender- all of which should tolerate and beautify the roadside conditions.

If you are experiencing problems with your bus pass please be patient as RTD has reset the expiration date on thousands of cards and their system takes a couple of days to sync everything together. The more often you ride the faster the system will recognize your card.

CU-Boulder again ranks 'gold' in national assessment of environmental leadership
The University of Colorado Boulder again has received a gold rating for green practices from the Sustainability, Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS).

Exciting plans are in the works at the parking lot just east of the Regent AutoPark. In September, Facilities Management will break ground there for the construction of a two-story, 14,000-square-foot facility that will provide a permanent home for Grounds & Recycling.
