I am a herpetologist and systematist studying morphological and molecular phylogenetics of reptiles. I am a lecturer in the Department of Biology at Northeastern Illinois University. Additionally, I am an adjunct researcher in the Dr. Eric N. Smith's Research Group and at the Amphibian and Reptile Diversity Research Center at the University of Texas at Arlington. I have a love for tropical fieldwork and concentrate a lot of my research to Central and South American taxa.
