Conference of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL)

The 2002 conference of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on November 22-24. As usual, the conference will feature dozens of presentations on the teaching of Japanese sponsored by ATJ’s sister organization, the National Council of Japanese Language Teachers (NCJLT), as well as hundreds of presentations on language teaching in general, plenary speakers and social events, and a chance to view the latest in textbooks and other teaching materials in the exhibit hall. Don't miss this chance to meet colleagues from around the country and the world. Information on the conference is available on the ACTFL web site: www.actful.org. Registration can be completed on-line. Pre-registration closes on October 11, 2002.
