Unless otherwise specified, the standard method of subscription for these mailing lists is to send e-mail to the given address (by clicking on it) with the subject line blank and this in the body of the message: Subscribe List_name Your_name (e.g. subscribe CJKLIB-L Jane Doe) If subscription is successful, you should receive instructions on participation in the list.
