Referring Students for Attentional Concerns

Students who have concerns about focusing their Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) to Disability Services, or seek a private evaluation in order to update their information (or complete an initial evaluation). After an ADHD evaluation is completed, documentation should be submitted to Disability Services, along with a request to meet with a Disability Specialist.

Documentation Guidelines for ADD

Wardenburg Health Center serves students who have documentation of ADD or ADHD by providing follow-up services, including medical management. To make an appointment, students should go to the Department of Psychiatry, or call 303-492-5654.

Disability Services keeps a list of diagnosticians in the area who offer ADD evaluations. Contact Disability Services at 303-492-8671 to obtain the list.
