Disability Services has developed this Disability Services Faculty and Staff Handbook as a resource for the university community in terms of working with and responding to students with disabilities. As part of the university's efforts to increase diversity on campus, it is important for faculty to know rights and responsibilities regarding issues related to disability. This handbook will be a resource for faculty members who wish to create a more accessible classroom for students with disabilities. Academic affairs and student affairs have been working in partnership to provide students on campus with a positive learning and living experience. This handbook will enhance the partnership between the two divisions as we work together to support students with disabilities. |
