Disability Services at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking award nominations for those who support Disability Services and its students, as well as fostering outreach and involvement in the disability community. These awards will be given to faculty member and CU student. Disability Services is requesting nominees for the following awards:

  • Outstanding Faculty Member: A CU faculty member who has worked well with students and Disability Services; disability related research, etc.
  • Disability Community Involvement: A CU student who is involved in disability issues, advocacy, research, general awareness, activities, etc.; currently registered with Disability Services

Nomination Instructions

Nominees for the award should be individuals who go above and beyond in their daily duties to exemplify disability as diversity. Award nominations should be in letter format and highlight the candidate’s engagement towards the overall inclusivity of people with disabilities as described in the award categories. To nominate an individual for a Disability Services award, please provide the information requested below and submit a nomination letter with supporting materials, if applicable. Supporting materials (i.e., additional letters of nomination) are optional but encouraged. Self-nominations are not accepted. Nominations are due by ~~~~~
