&lt;p&gt;This seminar brings together faculty and staff interested in learning more about digital humanities projects and centers around the country.  Here's the schedule:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8:45-9:00: Caffeinate &amp; Feed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;9:00-9:45: Mark Winokur and Steve Bailey give an overview of digital humanities and DHI@CU&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;10:00-12:00: Faculty presentations about projects, centers, resources associated with digital humanities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;12:00-12:45: Eat and converse&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;12:45-2:00: Critical dialogue about digital humanities:  Is digital humanities really different from "print" humanities or "cave painting" humanities? What does it mean for the academy, for humanities, for researchers?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2:00-2:45: Deborah Keyek-Franssen leads a next steps discussion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2:45-3:00: Final food Refreshments sponsored by Norlin Libraries&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The initiative is supported by a sub-committee of humanities, libraries, and academic technology faculty and staff.  Together, those working on DHI are attempting to address and meet the demands of a new form of humanities scholarship molded by digital technology.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To do this, the DHI sub-committee is charged with developing a series of workshops and events that will educate faculty and staff in the area of the digital humanities.
