Earth Observatory Image of the Sierra Nevada Snowpack

The Sierra Nevada snowpack is surpassing record averages by staggering amounts and CWEST data is contributing to the measurements. Methodology at CWEST includes a bias correction routine that is based on comparisons of MODIS-MODEL-Ground-Observation product with NASA's Airborne Snow Observatory data.
