Farnaz Wallace has worked for over 18 years in quick service restaurant (QSR) marketing and advertising. She is chief marketing officer for Church’s Chicken and is responsible for developing brand strategies to drive sales and profits for the QSR chain. In addition to leading all corporate marketing and national advertising agency initiatives for Church’s Chicken, she oversees research and development, “Q&A,” and field marketing initiatives which include two regional advertising agencies.
Wallace began her 11 year career at Church’s Chicken as a field marketing manager. Since then, she has had the opportunity to serve as field marketing director, regional marketing director, national director of field marketing, and as vice president of field marketing. Prior to joining Church’s, she had five years of experience on the agency side in media planning and placement, and two years at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Her extensive hands-on and supervisory experience affords her a macro view of the industry that encompasses various marketing aspects from brand positioning and strategic planning to market research, menu creation, promotion analysis, creative development, viral marketing, and media management.
Wallace earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana and a graduate marketing certificate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
