My research focuses on sleep and circadian rhythm misalignment in humans, with the goal of exploring countermeasures for improving sleep and wakefulness. I've been an actively practicing paramedic in the City and County of Boulder since 2014. Ultimately I plan on attending medical school and specializing in Emergency Medicine.
