CSPV is currently seeking middle schools in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington to implement the middle school curriculum of the LifeSkills Training (LST) Program beginning in the 2013-2014 academic year. School districts or individual schools including middle school grades are welcome to apply. Through this grant, 65 school districts around the country are already replicating the LifeSkills Training program.
School districts in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington are invited to apply for this three-year grant during fall/winter 2012. The application deadline is March 29, 2013.
Along with a completed application, each district must submit a signed superintendent letter, as well as a signed principal letter and completed LST Participating Schools Form for each participating school. Superintendent and principal letters can be found in the Application Letters file. The LST Participating Schools Form is located on the last page of the Application file.
An applicant may be a school district, individual school, or group of schools from a district. If more than one school from the same district plans to apply for the grant, those schools must work together to submit a single application.
